How the Annuvell gateway uses identity, tenant, activity, search, notification, billing, and AI conversation data.
Annuvell processes the minimum data required to authenticate users, isolate tenant workspaces, provide requested services, and maintain security and audit records.
Search analytics store a one-way query hash, query length, result count, filter, and duration; raw query text is not retained in analytics. AI conversations are retained for signed-in users and can be searched, exported, renamed, or deleted.
Production retention periods, controller details, lawful bases, international transfers, and data-subject request channels must be approved by Annuvell legal counsel and published through the CMS before launch.
